Whenever I’ve had an event over Christmas I can never seem to be able to find the perfect outfit to fit the occasion, so I’ve put together a few ideas that might help you out.
Starting with a more smart-casual outfit, not every Christmas party calls for a party dress but it’s nice to accessorise to dress up an otherwise casual outfit. The necklace is a little pricey so of you would only wear it as a one off perhaps search for a similar highstreet version.
A dressier option but still quite conservative, this classy combination is a simple yet effective outfit for any Christmas party. You can find cheaper watches if you want to reduce the overall cost of the outfit but sticking with gold will help tie in with the gold accents on the dress.
A peplum dress perfect for bringing you in at the waist and concealing any problem areas. Teamed with rose gold jewellery and blush embellished heels. The shoes and dress combined do make this outfit overall quite pricey so perhaps opting for a cheaper shoe choice may create a more affordable outfit.
Dresses at Christmas are all good and well until you’re outside waiting for a taxi absolutely freezing. Not wearing a dress doesn’t mean not looking just as good. This edgy, chic, monochrome number is a perfect choice to combine style and comfort this year.
The dressiest choice out of them all, a hugging bodycon dress with lace details speaks for itself. The addition of the bag adds a little Christmas sparkle and plain shoes and accessories kept to a minimum creates a very elegant look.
