No matter whether you are about to leave year 11, didn’t get your grades or are looking to re-enter the realm of education later in life it can feel like a minefield. I’ve been in education quite a few years so I thought I would share my personal outlook to help those of you who are a tad confused.
Interviews can be one of the most crucial times are a persons life, meaning it is often one of the most nerve wracking. Interviews often lead you to the next chapter in your life, meaning that you are progressing to something better than what you have left behind (normally.) This post was scheduled to be about Veganism but I just didn’t have the heart to write it, which normally means when I read it back I know it isn’t great content which is a waste of both our times. So instead I’m writing about interviews.
I’m a Mum to one, by no means an expert but I wish someone had told me what was worth it and what was a complete waste of money.
As a few of you may know my other social media soapbox is my YouTube channel and I started it and very breifly uploaded it before it drizzled into a puddle of neglect.
Christmas flew by and I’m truly sad it’s over but I’m even more sad about the chaos that it left in my home. I’ve spent the couple of weeks since Christmas organising each room bit by bit. This has been quite a drawn out process but it feels so much better now I’ve finally finished. I thought I would share how I organised my house and top tips I came across along the way.
Today it is back to reality. A festive whirlwind that has ceased, the Christmas and New Year are over and it is a huge anti-climax. (And if you’re anything like me it left a huge mess.)
This isn’t a full blog post but I just wanted to wish each and every one of you a very Happy New Year. I hope whatever you are doing you are having a wonderful time.
I hope you have all enjoyed my posts over Blogmas – and the rest of the Christmas period. Thank you to all of you who took time to read, like and subscribe to my blog.
Sadly Sam’s at work tonight so I won’t be spending it with him and I am assuming Emily will be asleep but whatever I’m doing I will force myself to enjoy it because it is New Year’s Eve. Happy 2018!!
Christmass Eve this year wasn’t much different to any other.
Our Christmae Eve this year wasn’t much different to any other. Each year we have always got together for food, prepped all the veg for Christmas day and spent time as a family. The whole of Christmas Eve daytime is dedicated to last minute organisation, errands and cleaning the house.
This year we held this at my home, whereas previous years we have always been at my parents so that was a little different. And this year is the first year that I have opened ALL of my presents on Christmas Eve. Sam and I wanted to open our presents together and move them out of the way so Emily couldn’t get her hands on them.
Now we are sat watching some tv, trying to stay awake having a little drinky.
Such a short blog-post but it is Christmas Eve and you probably have as much enthusiasm for reading this as I did for writing it…so if you’ve got to this point I salute you.
I hope you all have an amazing Christmas x
When I told everyone that I would be using Tesco online groceries and having my Christmas food shop delivered, people thought I was crazy. Was I?
